In the year 1993 while discussing with some people outside, in my place of work then. I heard a voice calling my name DAVID! I looked around and I didn't see anybody. So we continued our discussion I heard this voice two times again and the voice says "DO YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO WASTE?" I answered please give me two weeks to fast. The others that heard what I said but didn't hear what I heard said " DAVID HAS COME WITH HIS FASTING AGAIN"
There God spoke to me about this ministry.
Our ministry TRUTH AND GRACE EVANGELICAL MISSION INTERNATIONAL a.k.a. TRUTH AND GRACE BIBLE CHURCH started precisely on 13th March 1994 in Lagos in a dilapidated secondary school compound at Onifade Street MAFOLUKU OSHODI LAGOS. There God moved us to our place at 6, AKINSOJI STREET OFF ATANDA STREET MAFOLUKU OSHODI LAGOS on 16th June 1996.
Our ministry has departments as follows:-
1. Outreach Department which deals with crusades, conference , seminars and family matters.
2. School Department this form both Pastoral School and circular schools TAGEMI SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP and GOD'S GENERAL ACADEMY
3. Publication Department, this handles our publications.BOOKS AND PUBLICITY MATERIALS.
4. Dignified Youth Initiative which is our NGO founded by my wife Professor Mrs. Bola ADENIYI.
5. Medial Department which handles all our media matters including the radio outfit.
6. Church Department which is the church aspect of the ministry. It works in the area of church planting.
We run seminars, conferences and we accept ministerial invitations both within Nigeria and all around the world. One of our outstanding monthly programmes is LET GOD ARISE AND MAKE ME LAUGH every First Saturday of the month taking place in IBADAN. And DISCOVERY AND RECOVERY OF GLORY every second Saturday of the month this holds in LAGOS.
